Description

Stable quality in various climates

Casper RZ is a white cauliflower variety for the fresh market and processing industry. It produces very white and dense heads with good visual appeal for the fresh market. For industrial customers, its white and nicely rounded florets result in low waste. Casper RZ provides a stable curd quality in warm conditions. It takes 80-95 days to mature in spring and 85-100 days in autumn. This variety is suitable for growing in many areas: for late summer and autumn harvesting in Central Europe for the processing industry, for spring and autumn cultivation in Southern Europe and the Middle East for the fresh and industrial markets, for spring, summer and autumn cycles in the USA, and for winter and spring harvesting in temperate dry areas in Asia.

• Very strong self-cover
• Excellent dense, white curd
• Very stable curd quality under a wide range of climate conditions
